The Pixie Stash was originally created in 2021 with a background of serving its customers to create and prepare the best memorable experiences through Design and Creativity. ✨ My Professional and Current background is in Human Resources, Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Management! While I love my professional career, my passion has always been Decor, Graphic Design and Creating Special Memories for people who are close to me! The Pixie Stash operates with Service Excellence, Customer Satisfaction, Honesty and providing Fulfillment. My Customers are always my top priority! Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy:
♥ To book your appointment, please review our Packages, Pricing, and Policies. Once you receive a booking confirmation, The Pixie Stash will contact you directly to go over your reservation and answer any additional questions you may have to ensure your special day is everything you desire.
♥ A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit will be required to book and secure your appointment. We ask that the remaining balance be paid 48 hours before your appointment.
♥ If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify The Pixie Stash at 702.860.6229 or thepixiestash@outlook.com within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment so that we may review a future booking date for you. Deposits are Non-Refundable, but deposits made will be credited towards future Bookings.
♥ We gladly accept Zelle and Cashapp as forms of payment.
♥ We kindly ask that Friends, Additional Guests, or Family not be present during set-up to ensure a smooth decoration timeframe window. Please allow 2-3 Hours Minimum for The Pixie Stash to Decorate your Room. The timeframe will Depend on your package selection.
♥ Please ensure that your Hotel Space is cleaned with Luggage and Personal Items removed and kept safe. The Pixie Stash is not responsible for any missing items.
♥ Please be sure to check into your Hotel Room prior to The Pixie Stash’s arrival; we will not be able to check in for you. Before your appointment, we ask that you plan to meet downstairs in the Lobby to exchange keys, or you are free to place our name on your hotel reservation.
♥ The Pixie Stash offers a next-day cleaning service for $100. As every hotel has different policies, please be sure to clean your space before departure and checking out so that you will not be fined by any hotel for additional cleaning. A Cleaning kit will also be provided by the Pixie Stash to ensure a smooth Check-out Process.
